About Tome Tools

A free, unofficial collection of browser-based utilities for Final Fantasy XIV players and venue owners. No accounts, no installs, no ads — just tools that do one thing well and get out of your way.

🔒 Your data stays with you

📷 Images you upload (GPose Editor, schedule/calendar background exports) are processed entirely inside your browser using the Canvas API. They are never sent to any server. Closing or refreshing the page removes them completely.

⌨️ Text you type into any tool is processed locally. Nothing you write is transmitted anywhere — except if you choose to send a message via the Contact form, which uses Formspree (a third-party service).

💾 Some tools save state to your browser's localStorage (Staff Scheduler roster, Event Calendar profiles, active theme). This data lives only on your device and can be cleared any time through your browser settings. It is never synced or accessible to anyone else.

📊 No analytics or tracking. Tome Tools runs on Cloudflare Pages which collects basic aggregate traffic data (page views, bandwidth) but no individual user tracking, no cookies, and no fingerprinting.

About the project

Tome Tools is a fan project built by Blueberry. The tools grew out of personal need: building shout ads, scheduling staff, and formatting PF descriptions by hand is tedious. One tool became two, two became fifteen.

Everything is built with plain HTML, CSS, and JavaScript — no frameworks, no build tools, no npm.

Tome Tools is unofficial and not affiliated with or endorsed by Square Enix. FINAL FANTASY XIV content and assets belong to Square Enix Co., Ltd. Game icons are served from XIVAPI v2, which explicitly encourages hotlinking for fan projects.
